More recently, Metcalfe held the role of Senior Vice President of Field Strategy, Productivity, and Partnerships. Previously, Metcalfe was a Customer Success leader at Demandbase. She also held leadership Customer Success roles at Jigsaw (now Data.com, acquired by Salesforce) and Equilar.
